Make a significant impact by consciously developing your leadership skills: Most people slide into leadership without being fully prepared for this. Discovering and growing your leadership skills over the period of one year will give you the grounding you need to confidently take on leadership positions.

Invest in your career: This qualification will serve you well if you want to acquire leadership skills without doing a comprehensive degree like an MBA. At the same time, should you wish to grow your skills set, this PGDip can give you access to a Master’s degree because it is presented at NQF level 8, the equivalent of an Honours degree.
